Jalles Machado, one of the largest producers of sugar and ethanol in the Midwest region of Brazil, announces that on May 9th, 2018, the closing of public distribution of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs) of the 1st series, 2nd issue of insurance broker FORTESEC, backed by a rural financial product note issued by Jalles Machado S.A. was revealed.
The issue was coordinated by XP Investimentos. Total demand exceeded the initial offer of R $ 100.0 million and, with the supplementary and additional lots, the amount was R $ 133.3 million remunerated at the CDI rate of 1.4% pa. The funds will be used to reinforce the Company's already robust liquidity.
The transaction term is 45 months with 50% amortization in the 33rd month and 50% on the maturity date. This was the third issue on ICVM 400 and the first continuous distribution, which enabled the Company to cover an even larger number of investors. In total, 2,151 investors acquired the CRAs, compared to 1,270 in the previous issue. Growth of 70%.
